Met the wonderful Vince Gill in Portland, Maine.
After one of the best shows I’ve ever seen filled with beautiful music and laughs - we managed to luck out further and meet Vince out on the street after.
Humble as can be, he came out in his comfy track suit with a sharpie in hand ready to make a few more people happy. I’m sure he was exhausted but he took time to speak to each of us personally and sign everything and chat. Even told me how much he and Amy love to visit LLBean here in Maine.
Vince’s down to earth kindness shines right through the surface. One of my coolest life experiences with a incredibly talented man that I’ve been listening to since I was a little girl.
