I took my friend Paulette with me to this concert in Greenville, SC about 20 years ago. Paulette and I adore Vince, but Paulette has a degenerative eye disease (RP) that is slowly robbing her vision. I was beyond thrilled we could meet Vince in person that night while Paulette could still see him. We still count this night as one of our best ever, and we still gush over Vince. Paulette’s vision has worsened since this night, but she still can see some. Her ears work just fine!!
