I have seen Vince 30 times, including being a part of the CMT Giants audience. I have met him 6 times including 2 fan club parties. I gave him his Sweet Pea T-shirt at my first fan club party and he was so moved he couldn't speak and on the verge of tears. That was the year George Jones died and the the party was just a few short months later. He wore my shirt to perform at George's Fair well concert, a series of YouTube videos and a interview that made it in Country Weekly. I was so honored that he actually wore my shirt in public, let alone to such a special event. When I first met him 10+ years ago I had a M&G pass and was waiting in line all alone while others were talking away to people standing with them. He said to me "Are you here alone?" I told him my husband was in the lobby and didn't have a pass and he had me go get him. He talked to my husband just as much as he did me. Such a kind a generous human. I have so many stories.
